I am a female ENTREPRENEUR! “One idea can change everything, Arte’s path to leadership”
For Nino Gigineishvili, Arte is not just a business — it is an idea that was born from practical needs and has become one of the fastest growing companies in the Georgian market today.
Arte is a manufacturer of uniforms and branded promotional materials, offering customers a full range of services in one space.
“When I started working in this field, I realized how difficult and time-consuming it was to obtain quality products. Companies had to go to different locations to purchase different parts of branded products in different places. This is where I saw an opportunity — we created a space where the customer gets everything in one place, with the highest quality materials and modern technologies,” says Nino.
From the very beginning, the concept of Arte was based on simplifying service, high quality standards and timely delivery. The main advantage of the company is that the customer no longer has to worry about logistics and the production process — everything is done online, easily and with maximum convenience.
Starting a business is always a risk. For Nino, this step was a particularly big challenge, as the competition in this field is quite high.
“There were already many strong players on the market, but I knew that I could bring something new and different. Competition is always a motivator for me, and today I can confidently say that Arte has not only entered the market, but has become one of the leaders,” he says.
“In the beginning, there were only three of us. We didn’t have a big budget, but we had a goal. We approached each project as if the future of our company depended on this one order. Today, when I look back, I see how much each sleepless night was worth and how much the effort we put in at the beginning was worth.”
Today, Arte is not only a stable but also a growing company, constantly looking for new opportunities. “The experience gained through practice turned out to be the most important for the company’s growth. We learned in the process, made mistakes, corrected them, and thus developed ourselves. Today we already know that we can overcome any challenge, because we have a strong team and believe in our abilities,” says Nino.
“Our inspiration is a happy and satisfied customer. When you see that your product simplifies and improves someone’s work, this is the biggest victory,” she says.
Speaking about her plans for the future, Nino emphasizes that Arte’s development does not stop. The company plans to expand the enterprise, add new equipment, increase fabric imports, create new jobs, and enter the international market.
“We are not stopping. We want Arte to become a recognized brand not only in Georgia, but also abroad. We work towards this goal every day and I believe that we will definitely achieve it.”
